Company Profile:

Hill Engineers, Architects, Planners, Inc. grew out of Hill Engineering, founded in 1949. 
Hill provides structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering, a full range of architectural 
services, as well as civil engineering and land surveying. 

Hill began providing land surveying services in the 1980’s when it acquired the records of 
West Stockbridge Enterprises and Pharmer Engineering Corp. of Holyoke. More recently 
Hill acquired the records of Dennis Drumm & Associates of Pittsfield and of Henry C. Neff 
Associates of Adams. The company now has an extensive library of land records in 
Western Massachusetts.

Land Surveying Services are provided primarily in Berkshire County, but we also work in 
Franklin, Hampshire and Hampden Counties in Massachusetts, as well as in southern 
Vermont and northern Connecticut, and are licensed in all three states.
