The firm of Barrett, Bonacci & Van Weele, PC was established for the purpose of providing
comprehensive civil engineering, land surveying, planning, gps and gis services to a variety 
of municipalities and private concerns, continuing a tradition started by predecessor firms 
dating back to 1927. In addition, with recent developments in technology the firm has expanded 
into the field of geographic information systems (GIS), allowing us to offer extensive services
in site selection, database design & development, and facilities management.

Barrett, Bonacci & Van Weele, PC has successfully completed projects throughout Nassau and 
Suffolk Counties on Long Island, Westchester and Putnam Counties in upstate New York, and 
various locations along the east coast.  Because of our vast experience in site development 
and related projects, we are comfortable as a member of a large team of professionals and 
consultants. BBV is aware of the need for constant interaction between team members. Our project
managers have the ability to anticipate and respond to the needs of the other professionals 
whose success depends upon our work being performed in a timely and professional manner. We also 
maintain a thorough working knowledge of the personnel and procedures of the agencies having 
jurisdiction over large projects, which allows us to provide the extensive coordination and 
support services necessary for projects of substance.
