The firm, established in 1973 as Badey & Watson, Land Surveyors, adopted
its name in 1986 when John Delano joined the firm.   We offer services in
Land Surveying and Civil Engineering in New York's Hudson Valley
concentrating most of our work in Dutchess, Orange, Putnam Rockland and
Westchester Counties.  We are the owners of the records of several area
surveyors including, among others,  Reynolds & Chase, Hudson Valley
Engineering Company,  & J. W. Irish.   We are affiliated with Taconic
Surveying & Engineering, P.C., Carmel, New York 10516 and through that
firm have access to the records of several other surveyors.
